Do I need any fitness equipment?

In the first 3 tiers of our 12-tier progression system, you don't need any equipment whatsoever. In later tiers, we do recommend a suspension trainer and foam roller. These items make it much, much easier to train your entire body safely, but if you don't have them, you can simply skip the exercises that use them.

I'm an old/young man/woman who is in good/bad shape. Is BW365 right for me?

As part of our unique progression system, the workouts are adapted to your individual level of ability whatever your age, gender or level of experience. In other words; Bodyweight365 is right for anyone who wants a simple way to get leaner, stronger and fitter.

What if I can't do the exercises?

You'll be reassessed every 30 days to make sure you are doing workouts that are appropriate for your level of ability. But just in case there are exercises that you can't do (due to injury, for example), we've got experts on hand to provide alternatives for you. All you need to do is ask in the community or email us.

Where are the before and after pictures?

While our app makes it easy to take before and after pictures, these are kept 100% private and will never be shared.

How do I cancel my membership?

Let us know via email and the rest will be taken care of. We'll let you know as soon as your cancellation has been processed.

How much time is this going to take?

Our workouts only take around 15-20 minutes, but they are meant to be performed every day.

How much variety is there?

Currently we have more than 500 unique routines available, with many more in development. You'll never be bored.
